As 2024 unfolds, Dojo Physical Arts is excited to announce significant enhancements to our class structure and schedule. These updates are designed to deepen your Karate practice and provide a more tailored learning experience.
The Kihon class at Dojo Physical Arts is evolving with a renewed focus on the fundamentals of Karate. This class will concentrate on techniques foundational to developing a strong Karate practice, suitable for all levels up to the Black belt.

We're proud to unveil Advanced Kihon, a class designed for students ready to explore more complex aspects of Karate.
This class replaces the existing "Kihon - Green Belt+" and features:
Yellow belts and higher may participate in the first hour of Advanced Kihon, after which they may be respectfully asked to bow out, allowing the class to focus on more senior techniques. This structure ensures that all students can grow at a pace suited to their level.
We're enhancing the Young Tigers program, extending the time our younger students spend in this class to ensure they are thoroughly prepared for their transition to the Kihon class.
